MYRTLE MANIA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing tickets, entering the venue, or participating in any Myrtle Mania activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Myrtle Mania is a high-energy live entertainment experience featuring music, interactive skill-based challenges, lighting effects, and comedic audience engagement. These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, guests, and potential contestants.

By accessing the event, you acknowledge and accept all policies listed below. If you do not agree, do not purchase tickets or attend the event.

2. WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES

Your Myrtle Mania ticket includes:

• Admission to the full Myrtle Mania live show
• Access to your assigned team seating section
• Viewing of all performances, music, DJ segments, and interactive entertainment
• Eligibility to volunteer yourself as a potential contestant via the official registration QR code displayed at the venue
• The opportunity to win prizes only if selected and if you succeed in the skill-based challenge

Your ticket does NOT include or guarantee:

• Participation in any game or activity
• On-stage time
• Being chosen as a contestant
• Winning a prize
• Interaction with hosts or mascots
• Any specific performer, show segment, or expectation beyond general admission entertainment

All sales are final.

3. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY AND NOT GUARANTEED

Myrtle Mania features voluntary skill-based competitions.
Participation is:

• 100% voluntary
• Not guaranteed for any ticket holder
• Only available to those who self-register via QR and provide consent
• Based on producer discretion, safety considerations, and show timing

You may:

• Decline to participate
• Stop participation immediately at any time
• Revoke consent at any moment
• Return to your seat without penalty

No guest will ever be required or pressured to participate in any challenge.

4. CONTESTANT SELECTION PROCESS

To be considered as a contestant, guests must:

1. Scan the official Myrtle Mania QR code inside the venue
2. Complete the digital registration form
3. Acknowledge all waivers and consents
4. Confirm they are volunteering to be considered
5. Be physically present and willing when called

Contestant selection is determined by:

• Safety and suitability
• Show pacing
• Team balance
• Production needs
• Host judgment

Participation is not promised or implied.

5. SKILL-BASED CHALLENGES ONLY

All Myrtle Mania games are skill-based.
No activity is based on chance, gambling, or random outcomes.

Prizes are awarded only when:

• A guest is voluntarily selected
• The guest successfully completes the skill challenge
• Judges verify a valid win

Judges' and producers’ decisions are final.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending and/or participating, you acknowledge and accept that Myrtle Mania includes:

• Loud music
• Strobe effects and flashing lights
• Fog, CO₂ blasts, confetti, and other theatrical elements
• Fast-paced movement and high-energy environments
• The potential for light physical activity for contestants

By participating, you certify that:

• You are in appropriate physical condition
• You have no medical restrictions
• You are not under the influence of impairing substances
• You accept full responsibility for your actions

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Myrtle Mania, Party Time Live LLC, the venue, staff, contractors, and affiliated partners from liability for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Illness
• Loss of belongings
• Accidents resulting from participation or attendance

You agree to indemnify the event and its operators against claims arising from your participation or conduct.

7. MEDIA CONSENT & VIDEO RELEASE

Myrtle Mania is filmed and photographed.
By entering the venue, you agree to:

• Be filmed, photographed, recorded, or live-streamed
• Appear in event highlight videos, promotional campaigns, and advertisements
• Allow Myrtle Mania full rights to use your likeness in any media, in perpetuity, without compensation

If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not attend the event.

8. CONDUCT & SAFETY RULES

Guests must not:

• Engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Harass performers, staff, or other guests
• Enter restricted areas
• Interfere with show operations
• Bring prohibited items such as weapons, outside alcohol, or lasers

Guests who violate safety rules may be removed without refund.

Alcohol service is monitored. Overserved guests may be denied participation or removed for safety reasons.

9. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Unless otherwise noted for a specific show date:

• Myrtle Mania is a 21+ event
• Valid government-issued ID is required at entry
• Entry may be denied without refund if ID is invalid or if the guest is visibly intoxicated

10. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

By completing the contestant registration form or purchasing tickets, you agree that Myrtle Mania may collect and store:

• Name
• Age
• Contact information
• Team selection
• Voluntary demographic data
• Consent acknowledgments
• Emergency contact information

Data may be used for:

• Contestant selection
• Event safety
• Marketing communications (if opted in)
• Internal analytics

No sensitive data is sold to third parties.

11. REFUNDS, EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
• Myrtle Mania may modify show elements, performers, segments, or pacing without notice
• If the event is canceled by the operator, refunds or credits may be issued
• Myrtle Mania is not liable for: travel costs, lodging expenses, or any incidental losses

Events affected by weather, emergencies, power failures, venue issues, or government restrictions may be rescheduled without refund obligation.

12. FULL AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between the attendee and Myrtle Mania / Party Time Live LLC.
They may be updated at any time without notice.
Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of all updates.
